Gayle earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Philippines in 2011 and is currently a member of the Philippine Bar. After her stint in top-tier law firms, she worked with the country's leading real estate development companies. Her expertise in the field was further cemented when she placed 9th in the 2016 Real Estate Broker's Licensure Exam. Aside from her current practice in corporate and real estate matters, she has been immersed in policy development in the country, including areas of children's rights, health, sports development, ease of doing business, and real estate.

Rommel earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Philippines in 2011 and is currently a member of the Philippine Bar. After working with top-tier law firms, he served as in-house counsel for one of the country's largest airlines where he repeatedly formed part of the Philippine delegation in the negotiations for bilateral and multilateral agreements with other countries. He continues to work with the government and private sector on various transportation-related projects in the country. He currently serves as the legal consultant for the Board of Airline Representatives, the largest association of airlines in the Philippines. He is also a trained arbitrator of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc.
